Anyone heard anything about S-2 & the rest?

I heard a rumor that they weren't going to keep going with the line.....

ties in with poor sales on the Van Helsing figures......(?)

No idea, hell, I still haven't seen the 1st series in person.

No surprise, but Jakks did a horrible job with the Universal Monsters property. Like everything else Jakks has produced, they look like 6" Happy Meal toys, only for $15-$20 EACH.

If Jakks cut the price on each set in half, I'm sure the sales would go up, though I don't know how dramatically.

Sucks that they have the money to secure awesome licenses, but don't care to pump that cash into good sculptors and production people.

What a shame.

I know, I have seen pictures, and I never was expecting much from them, I mean, it's JAKKS. If you want authentic bad ass Universal Monsters, all you need are Sideshow's 8"ers, they can't get much better than that, and I have all of them. But, I am a horror, and Universal Monster junkie, so I still want these.
